Student status is for any ICCP current student or a student attending college or university for an undergraduate or graduate degree.

 

If you gather a group of 10 participants from your school or training program or an organization to come to the Congress, your group can get 10% off per participant for the conference registration fee (doesn't apply to pre-conference workshops).

 

PRE-CONFERENCE DIALOGUE SPACES (Program Directors' Workshops. Thursday, June 27, from 9:00 to13:30)

Each workshop will be offered twice from 9:30 am -11 am and 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. During registration please select 2 tickets of the pre-conference workshop to attend both workshops.

ICCP CONGRESS 2019 REGISTRATION FEES & POLICIES

 

TYPES OF REGISTRANTS

 

There are two types of paid registrants:

 

1. Student

2. Professional

EARLY BIRD & FULL FEE

 

The Early Bird registration for both groups ends on April 30, 2019. Starting May 1, 2019, the fees go up by US $100.

GROUP REGISTRATION

 

If you gather a group of 10 participants from your school or training program or an organization to come to the Congress, your group can get 10% off per participant.

 

Use the “Group-Student” or "Group-Prof" to register if and ONLY if you are part of group registration of 10 people to earn 10% off per participant.  Be sure to tell us the group name & have the leader email the list of 10 names to ICCPNet@gmail.com

 

NOTE: If the group doesn’t make up 10 registrants, then your group members will be responsible to make up the difference, i.e. you will not be able to get the discount.

PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 

To register for Pre-conference workshop, select that event additionally. Each Pre-conference workshop session is $50. You can select one or two from the Pre-conference Program. Each workshop will be offered twice from 9:30 am -11 am and 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. If you want to attend both, select 2 quantities for "Pre-Conference".

FORMS OF PAYMENT

 

All payments will be processed in US Dollars. We prefer to take a credit card and PayPal payments online. Any onsite payments, especially cash, must be made in US Dollars.

 

YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: EVENT TICKET

 

1. You will receive an email confirmation with your registration ticket.

2. Ticket holders must present tickets upon entry, in one of two options. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact the conference organizer at ICCPNet@gmail.com by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference (May 26, 2019). A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to cover administrative costs incurred in relation to your registration.

 

For cancellation less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Conference, no refund will be payable.
